Shipping + PROCESSING TIMES

UNSURE OF THE LINGO? HERE’S A BRIEF EXPLANATION OF THE DIFFERENT SUSTAINABLE PROCESSES WE USE THROUGHOUT THE SHOP

MADE TO ORDER products have a processing time of 2-3 weeks before shipment, unless otherwise stated in the product description page of the item.  These are garments that have not been made yet, to avoid needless waste. Once you place your order, your garment/s will be cut within our standard design and size template, and then sewn.

READY TO SHIP products have a processing time of 1-3 business days before shipment. These are items that have already been made in small, sustainable batches, and they are ready to be packaged and shipped as soon as you place your order.

PREORDER products will have a fixed ship date, which will be listed on the description page of any pre-order item in the shop.  The ship date for pre-orders will also be announced in alert emails for those who have registered to receive email announcements from The Tiny Closet.

SHIPPING

DOMESTIC orders are shipped via UPS Ground 3-8 days. Tracking information on all domestic orders will be emailed immediately upon shipment. A delivery confirmation will also be emailed upon delivery of the order.

INTERNATIONAL orders are shipped via USPS First Class International.  Any duties or customs charges that may incur is the responsibility of the buyer.  International transit time is typically within 2 weeks however, this can vary greatly and items may be held in transit up to several weeks.  We keep proof of all postage and shipments made and we will do our best to resolve any delays or shipment issues should these things arise, however, please understand international transit time is not within our control.
